STRONGER SHOULDERS PROGRAM

  • This program is designed to get progressively more challenging each week as you build up your shoulder stability & rotator cuff strength!

    Each week will consist of:

    - 3 days: rotator cuff/shoulder stabiliser strengthening

    - 3 days: mobility/active recovery

    The goal of this program is to get your shoulder stabilisers stronger & give you more control as you get more mobile. Let's get you feeling confident in your shoulders and keep those pesky niggles/injuries away!

    Equipment required:

    - Loop band, theraband (link provided)

    - Weights (this is optional, or you can use household items like a filled water bottle or a heavy book)

 

MOVE BETTER, FEEL BETTER PROGRAM

  • Move better feel better

    - 4 weeks

    - 3 days/wk

    - 10-15 minutes per day

    - Mix of strength, flexibility and mobility

 

GET FIT FROM HOME PROGRAM

  • - 8 weeks

    - 3 days/wk

    - Build strength and general fitness

    - Burn calories and increase injury resistance from home

    - Designed for the busy individual with no time to waste!
