Stronger Shoulders Program

 THE FOCUS:

This program is designed to get progressively more challenging each week as you build up your shoulder stability & rotator cuff strength!

Each week will consist of:

- 3 days: rotator cuff/shoulder stabiliser strengthening

- 3 days: mobility/active recovery

The goal of this program is to get your shoulder stabilisers stronger & give you more control as you get more mobile. Let's get you feeling confident in your shoulders and keep those pesky niggles/injuries away!

Equipment required:

- Loop band, theraband (link provided)

- Weights (this is optional, or you can use household items like a filled water bottle or a heavy book)

THE DETAILS

 
  • This program is designed to get progressively harder each week as you build up your strength and fitness! Each week will consist of:

    - 1 Lower Body Day

    - 1 Upper Body Day

    - 1 Core/Accessory Day

    At the end of each day, there will be an optional active recovery move which you can do. The goal of this program is to get you into a routine of working out and feeling confident in yourself!

  • Purchasing gives you immediate access to the app that has videos and descriptions of me personally, walking you through each workout. Throughout the workout are key pointers and important cues to give you a 1-on-1 training experience, making sure you get the most out of each workout. In addition, you are granted daily access to contacting me personally for any questions you may have throughout the program.

    - Weights (this is optional, or you can use household items like a bulky book)

  • This is a subscription-based program that auto-renews. You will have access to the entire program after completion of the 2 months to continue using the workouts while subscribed.
