About 1on1 Training

  • -Book a video call service via the smartphone RISE Training App (I will send you an email or DM after purchase to set up a time)

    -We will discuss any issues you are having, exercise habits, and training goals

    -We will complete a movement analysis to customize the training to your health/body

    -Roughly 2-3 days after our initial meeting, I will create your custom program and will upload it to your smartphone application.

    -You will then follow along with exercise sessions in the "RISE Training App"

  • -1 hour live video calls with your coach

    -First Meeting: Initial movement analysis and goal setting

    -Following Meetings: Progress assessments, answer your questions live, go over exercise technique and specifics

    -You will have 24/7 access to your coach to ask any questions or concerns you may have regarding the exercises or program

    -Videos sent between coach and client to ensure proper form throughout the month

  • -All training will be completed via the RISE Smartphone App, which will have follow along training sessions, videos of myself performing each exercise, and helpful tips/cues to make sure you get the most out of each session.

    -Exercise sessions themselves will be completely custom to fit YOUR individual needs and what will benefit you most. These are adaptable at any time by contacting me if they are too difficult, too easy, or confusing

    -The Program design will start as a 8-week program that progressively gets more difficult as you gain strength and familiarity with the exercises and training

    -After the 8-weeks is up, you can extend your training duration, receive a follow-up evaluation, and a new program

  • Will discuss during visit to fit your individual situation/needs

    -Options: Full Gym, Mini Bands, Band Cord, No equipment

  • This is a subscription-based program that auto-renews. You can always self-cancel the program before the next billing cycle if you would like to discontinue 1-on-1 training program. We are not able to offer refunds for programs that renew automatically without a request to cancel before the renewal date.
