THE DETAILS

 
  • The program design progressively gets harder throughout the 8-week duration as you gradually build strength and comfort with the exercises! Each week will consist of

    -1 Lower Body Day

    -1 Upper Body Day

    -1 Core/Accessory Day

    -1 Recovery and Blend Day (mix)

  • Purchasing gives you immediate access to the app that has videos and descriptions of me personally, walking you through each workout. Throughout the workout are key pointers and important cues to give you a 1-on-1 training experience, making sure you get the most out of each workout. In addition, you are granted daily access to contacting me personally for any questions you may have throughout the program.

  • -GYM Equipment: A standard variety of gym machines and free weights. If a machine is not found at your gym, there are many adjustments that can be made to accomodate.

  • This is a subscription-based program that auto-renews. You will have access to the entire program after completion of the 2 months to continue using the workouts while subscribed.
