5-Minute Mobility Program

 THE FOCUS:

-Improving general Mobility and Flexibility if you only have a few minutes each day

-Reduce tension and stiffness in the Neck, Shoulders, Hips, Knees, Ankles, and Back

-Reducing injury risk and get you out of painful tightness

-Absolutely NO equipment required

THE DETAILS

 
  • Each week will consist of 5 days/week exercises that should take roughly 5 min/day. The program design has different workouts each day and gets slightly more advanced throughout the 8-week duration as you gradually build strength and comfort with the exercises!

  • Purchasing gives you immediate access to the app that has videos and descriptions of me personally, walking you through each workout. Throughout the workout are key pointers and important cues to give you a 1-on-1 training experience, making sure you get the most out of each workout. In addition, you are granted daily access to contacting me personally for any questions you may have throughout the program.

  • -None at all!

    -Chair / Bench / Couch

  • This is a subscription-based program that auto-renews. You will have access to the entire program after completion of the 2 months to continue using the workouts while subscribed.
