  • The program design progressively gets harder throughout the 8-week duration as you gradually build strength and comfort with the exercises! Each week will consist of 3 Days of Exercises to complete at your choosing, each focusing on the shoulder. This is perfect for a Monday – Wednesday – Friday Sequence, or however you choose!

  • Purchasing gives you immediate access to the app that has videos and descriptions of me personally, walking you through each workout. Throughout the workout are key pointers and important cues to give you a 1-on-1 training experience, making sure you get the most out of each workout. In addition, you are granted daily access to contacting me personally for any questions you may have throughout the program.
